My Mentoring and Coaching mission is to create safe spaces for individuals to heal.
This is my commitment to my clients in our Mentoring Sessions, Retreats and Coaching sessions. I am very grateful for my own journey that has led to my true calling of becoming a Certified Life Coach and Certified Health Coach – for people, who desire to leave their past behind and create a new pathway to joy and fulfillment. I am proud to donate 10% of all profits to charities that help women leave abusive situations and find hope again.

Meditation, also sometimes called Mindfulness, gives us a unique ability to create relaxation and a heightened awareness in our busy and stressful lives. Meditation is also known to have the ability to lower blood pressure, as well as many other positive health benefits. Meditation gives us a chance to improve our physical well-being, as well as nourish our emotional health. For each of us, meditation is a personal process of growth and understanding. There are many ways to explore meditation, and I can help you discover the different types until you find what works best for you.
